Wings Over Houston Air Show - Sat, Oct 26 & Sun, Oct 27, 2024

HOME will be at the Wings Over Houston Air show on October 26th and 27th this year. We will be there to accept your donations and selling various items (many home-made). All donations and sales proceeds received go directly to the ever increasing cost of shipping the care packages to our troops.

Come out to Ellington Airport for an amazing air show and support our military with your donation to HOME.

Annual Christmas Packing Party - Saturday, December 7, 2024

This year's Christmas packing party will be on Saturday 12/7/2024 at the HOME office located at
17629 El Camino Real 77058. The event will be held inside the building's main lobby.

Though we currently have plenty of books and magazines, we still need many other items for packing in the boxes. Click here for a list of acceptable items to donate

Times:

• If you are bringing items to donate to the packing party, please bring those items at 10:00am (but no later than 11:00am). If you need to bring items earlier, please contact Trudy to arrange a time.
• Everyone is invited to arrive early around 10:00am to help setup tables, put bins of items on the tables, box assembly and general setup. At 12:00 noon, we will begin the actual packing party with a prayer, pledge of allegiance, announcments, and then begin packing the boxes. As boxes are inspected and taped shut they will be taken inside to the HOME office.

The cost of shipping the packed boxes continues to increase. Funds to ship these boxes are still needed so any monetary donations will be greatly appreciated.
There are several ways to donate:

• Adopt a single box for $18.40 (plus a fee) to ship a box to deployed military. Click here to adopt a box.
• You can also make any desired monetary donation. Click the "Donate" button to the left to securely make a donation via PayPal of any desired amount with your credit card or PayPal account.
• Finally, you may simply leave a check with Trudy at the HOME office.
